The Big Five recording companies have had it too good for far too long, and everyone, from the artists they pimp to the consumers they gouge, has paid the price. Now they're aggressively pushing to criminalise file-sharing and eliminate anonymity online, in order to guarantee their profit margins. And every time you buy a CD from Warner/EMI, Universal, BMG or Sony, you are helping them. Which is why you should boycott the RIAA and its member labels, at the very least throughout August.
